VocoPro requires an RA number before returning any merchandise to the manufacture. An RA number is valid for 90 days from the date issued. Merchandise being returned for credit must be received by VocoPro within 1 year of the purchase date. Merchandise returned within 90 days of invoice date will receive full credit. The merchandise must be in new condition- unused and undamaged in any way and returned in its original packaging. All returns received without original packaging will be charged a 15% restocking fee. In addition, all
merchandise returned after 90 days from the invoice date will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
